Privacy notice

This notice explains how personal data is handled when you use Draft Serie A, including local game storage, audience measurement and the contact form.

Controller and contact

The controller is Tobi Ching, independent operator of Draft Serie A. Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to contact@draftseriea.com.

Data we handle

Game progress, formation, era, language, privacy choice and local records stay in your browser. Contact submissions contain the details you choose to provide. Cloudflare may process technical security data. GA4 receives consent signals and non-personal game events; team names, full lineups and contact fields are never sent.

Purposes and legal bases

Essential storage provides the requested game. Contact data is used to answer feedback, support, corrections or partnership enquiries. Turnstile and rate limiting protect the form. Cloudflare Web Analytics supplies cookie-free aggregate measurement. GA4 identifying analytics storage is based on revocable consent.

Providers and transfers

Cloudflare provides hosting, security, Turnstile, aggregate analytics and email delivery. Google provides GA4. Gmail receives contact messages. Providers may process data internationally under their contractual and legal safeguards. Contact details are not sold or used for unrelated marketing.

Retention

Local data remains until you start over or clear site data. The analytics choice expires after 180 days. GA4 event and user data is configured for 14 months. Contact messages are normally retained for up to 12 months after the last relevant exchange, unless an active collaboration or legal duty requires longer.

Your rights

Where GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing and complain to your supervisory authority. Reopen Privacy choices in the footer to withdraw GA4 cookie consent at any time.
