Privacy notice

This notice explains how personal data is handled when you use Draft Serie A, including the optional analytics service and contact form.

Controller and contact

The data controller is Tobi Ching, independent operator of Draft Serie A. Privacy questions and data-rights requests can be sent to contact@draftseriea.com. That branded address is routed to osmosis.qbt@gmail.com.

Data we process

• Local game data: draft progress, lineup, mode, language, privacy choice and local records stored in your browser. No account or remote player profile is created.
• Contact data: name, chosen reply method, email address or phone number, topic, subject and message when you voluntarily submit the contact form.
• Optional analytics: only after consent, GA4 may process device and usage information plus non-personal game events such as language, mode, round and aggregate score. Team names entered by players and complete lineups are not sent as analytics identifiers.
• Security data: Cloudflare may process IP address, browser and challenge signals to deliver the site, prevent abuse and validate Turnstile on the contact form.

Purposes and legal bases

• Provide and preserve the requested game experience and essential settings: necessary service functionality and our legitimate interest in operating the site.
• Answer feedback, support and data-correction requests: our legitimate interest in responding to users.
• Discuss a requested business collaboration: steps requested before a possible agreement and our legitimate interests.
• Protect the form and infrastructure from spam or abuse: our legitimate interest in site security.
• Measure aggregated use with GA4: your consent. Refusing or withdrawing consent does not restrict the game.

Recipients and international transfers

Cloudflare provides hosting, security, Turnstile and email routing. Google provides GA4 only after consent and Gmail receives contact messages. These providers may process data outside your country under their contractual and legal transfer safeguards. We do not sell contact details and do not use contact submissions for unrelated marketing.

Retention

Game and preference data remains in local browser storage until you start over or clear site data. The analytics choice expires after 180 days. Contact messages are kept in the operator’s mailbox for up to 12 months after the last relevant exchange, unless a longer period is needed for an active collaboration, dispute or legal obligation. Turnstile and infrastructure logs follow Cloudflare’s applicable retention settings.

Your rights

Where GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time through “Privacy choices” in the footer. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Draft Serie A does not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Contact-form requirement

The requested contact fields are needed so that a reply can be delivered. Do not submit sensitive personal data. If you do not want to use the form, email contact@draftseriea.com directly.
